RMGT 925 UV LED in Rancho Cucamonga

PSA Printing has been a 20 year customer. We have seen PSA grow from a true two color press to a Komori 2 Color to a Komori 528 Coater to a Shinohara 5 Color 23×29″ plus Coater and now a new RMGT 925 LED UV PRESS. We are proud to be involved in all of PSA’s equipment purchases and growth. Their Shinohara press opened new markets but PSA’s confidence to take on high quality jobs that require fast turn arounds was at a low. PSA has invested in digital and has seen a growth in that sector. Their next step was to take on larger jobs that will compliment their digital department. With accounts that require short quick turn around to larger jobs the RMGT 925 was the perfect fit. The 24×36″ sheet size has made PSA a big competitor to the local 40″ printers while the quick turn around has saved PSA in click charge.

Originally PSA ordered a Aqueous Coater but after researching they decided to go with UV LED. UV LED offers a huge savings in electrical making PSA very green and environmentally friendly. UV LED also eliminated the need for expensive coating, powder spray and delivery maintenance. With this new technology PSA can print then cut without any dry time. New markets also opened up with the capability to print on plastics.

Fast make readies, consistent quality printing, automatic ink key adjustments, auto plate hanging, paper sizing, 8 up capabilities and UV LED has given PSA the advantage to see a huge increase in sales.
